The first duty is the duty to yourself. You cannot help other people unless you help yourself first.

Your duty to yourself is to get in state of bliss at least 10- 20 minutes per day.

Find a place and time to be with yourself. Calm your mind and listen to the universe.

Being close to nature is the best. A park a garden a balcony.

Listen to good music if that makes you happy. But try to be happy for at least 20 minutes every day. Mornings are good.

Afternoons are good too. Same time every day is good. Not mandatory though.
